MOTION

When something moves, it does over over time. Motion requires some form of energy, such as a rocket engine or gravity. There are different finds of motion: linear motion is when an object moves in a straight line. Issac Newton made up a Law of Motion describing this. Another kind of motion is cyclic, or periodic motion, which is when something moves back and forth.
